Selected tests will require pre-payment via credit card. Fees will be charged on a per-test basis (per attempt). In the case where an Internet connection has been broken and the participant is unable to complete their test, TesTrac will keep the assignment open until the test has been completed. In the case where a participant has elected not to complete their assignment, notification must be made to ttonline@testrac.com. You will need to provide your ID and PIN number along with your credit card information for a credit to be processed. Please allow 2 days for processing as administration will need to verify that your attempt was unsuccessful. If test results are confirmed, a copy of your Results Page will be forwarded to your attention and no credit will be issued.
