TesTrac Online's Administrative component provides full testing administration services. These include enrollment of participants, question and test maintenance, management of participant assignments, technical support, system maintenance, and website management. Access to enrollment data is available to TesTrac.com clients via the internet and custom-designed Active Server pages (ASP).

Participant Enrollment and Assignments:

The Participant Enrollment tool allows the system administrator to enroll participants, assign participants to groups (see Participant Dynamic Grouping below), and create assignments on either a participant-by-participant basis or by group definitions. The Administrative Program can also provide for self-enrollment by participants, although this is not recommended by TesTrac.com as it may result in reduced data integrity.

Participant Dynamic Grouping:
The Administration Program of TesTrac Online provides a generic database engine that can be configured to meet the unique needs of any organization through the use of demographic criteria (e.g., country, job position, division, etc.). Once participants are enrolled and demographic criteria selected, the Administration Program will automatically group participants based on their demographics, automatically regroup participants if demographic information changes, and make assignments based on group definitions.

Security:

Upon enrollment, TesTrac Online will create unique ID and PIN numbers for each participant. The system administrator typically controls these. TesTrac.com is the only online testing service that offers proctored tests, which let the administrator control who may take a test and when. A proctored test is not deployed until the administrator enters a second set of ID and PIN numbers. Another way TesTrac online gives you the highest level of security is by offering you the option of disabling certain browser functions on the participant's screen, such as "view source," "print," "save," and "copy" (choices vary depending on browser).

Note: The Creator component can configure tests to include features such as randomization of test questions/answers and time limits, which are tracked by our true-time self-adjusting clock. All of these features further enhance test security.

Tracking and Reporting:

The Tracking and Reporting tool helps gather information and develop reports based on the client's requirements. Microsoft Access is used as a front-end to SQLServer 2000. For most reports, there will be a small up-front development fee and a small charge for running the report(s). For more complex reports, TesTrac.com will provide estimates on development costs. There is no charge for export/import routines.
